Biography

From the radio booth to the lecture hall, Paula-Anne has dedicated her career to shaping voices, telling stories, and inspiring confidence. A true trailblazer in Jamaican media, she’s not only a celebrated broadcaster but also a communication coach, author of Sandy, Tosh, and the Moo Cow, and an adventurer at heart.

Whether she’s lecturing at UWI, empowering professionals through her training firm, or breaking stereotypes on two wheels, Paula-Anne proves that passion, poise, and perseverance are a winning combination.

Honoured in 2017 by the Queens of Reggae Island Honourary Ceremony (QORIHC) for her contributions to broadcasting, she continues to motivate and mentor the next generation of leaders.
